Should you be concerned if your Summer Polka Dots washi looks different from another you have seen? Read on to discover truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth!
If you and your planner BFFs are comparing your rolls from the Washi Tape Warrior Summer set, an eagle eye might catch that there seems to be variations of the Polka Dots roll. Rest assured, they are each one the same! The explanation is simple: depending on exactly where each roll started the dots line up differently as the layers of tape overlap.
As you can see in the photo below, each individual roll of washi tape gives off one of three unique appearances. The first one has the dots stacked in a tight-packed, tidy grid, the second has a single set of evenly spaced dots, and the on the third the dots appear blurred (as if they were running).
When you inspect the each Polka Dot washi tape rolled out, however, it is easy to see that each one is exactly like the others.
So do not fret! The only reason to rush out and buy duplicates of these adorable Polka Dots is if you plan on using a large quantity.
